Inviting Team Members to the Kodo Dashboard

  1. Log in to your dashboard and click on the 'Team' button.
  2. In the 'Team' section, click the 'Invite to Team' icon in the bottom right corner.
  3. Fill in the details of the team member under the 'Invite to Team' option and click the 'Invite' button.
  4. Under 'Assign Role,' choose from three roles:
    • Admin: Can load accounts, add cardholders, check company expenses, download CSV reports/statements, change cardholders' limits, and lock/block cards.
    • Accountant: Can check company expenses, download CSV reports/statements, and check cardholders' limits.
    • Cardholder: Limited access to check the limit available and transactions made on their cards.
  5. For Limit Based Cards, set a monthly limit that resets on the 1st of every month. Transactions deduct from this limit. For example, if a cardholder has a monthly limit of INR 10,000 and spends INR 5,000, the limit resets to INR 10,000 on the 1st of the next month.
  6. Top-up Cards (petty cash expense cards) allow you to allocate funds from your Kodo Pool wallet with no monthly limits, providing flexibility for expenses.

Setting Up Limits for Team Members

  1. Log in to your Kodo Dashboard and click on the 'Team' option on the left navigation bar.
  2. Click on the team member's name for whom you want to change the limit, and then click on 'Manage 1 Credit Card.'
  3. Click on 'Set Limit' on the right-hand side, enter the amount, and click 'Save.'
