Inviting Team Members to the Kodo Dashboard
- Log in to your dashboard and click on the 'Team' button.
- In the 'Team' section, click the 'Invite to Team' icon in the bottom right corner.
- Fill in the details of the team member under the 'Invite to Team' option and click the 'Invite' button.
- Under 'Assign Role,' choose from three roles:
- Admin: Can load accounts, add cardholders, check company expenses, download CSV reports/statements, change cardholders' limits, and lock/block cards.
- Accountant: Can check company expenses, download CSV reports/statements, and check cardholders' limits.
- Cardholder: Limited access to check the limit available and transactions made on their cards.
- For Limit Based Cards, set a monthly limit that resets on the 1st of every month. Transactions deduct from this limit. For example, if a cardholder has a monthly limit of INR 10,000 and spends INR 5,000, the limit resets to INR 10,000 on the 1st of the next month.
- Top-up Cards (petty cash expense cards) allow you to allocate funds from your Kodo Pool wallet with no monthly limits, providing flexibility for expenses.
Setting Up Limits for Team Members
- Log in to your Kodo Dashboard and click on the 'Team' option on the left navigation bar.
- Click on the team member's name for whom you want to change the limit, and then click on 'Manage 1 Credit Card.'
- Click on 'Set Limit' on the right-hand side, enter the amount, and click 'Save.'
